Bridal Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. A non-refundable deposit of £20 per person is required when booking a trial. This is in order to provisionally secure my services for your wedding date. This payment must also be accompanied by a completed Bridal Booking Form and signed copy of the Terms and Conditions. This deposit will then be deducted from the balance of your trial charge which is paid at the trial.
  2. The trial duration may last up to 2 hours. Additional trial time will incur an additional charge of £20 per hour.
  3. When you are totally happy with your trial make-up, I can confirm your wedding date upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit of the wedding day fee.
  4. The final balance of payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the wedding date. Failure to make this payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  5. Cheques or cash are accepted. Please make cheques payable to 'Tracey Hamilton.'
  6. Up to 30 minutes of travel to your venue is included in the initial fees for the trial and wedding day make-up. Extra travel time will be charged at £6 per every 15 minutes thereafter. Any parking, toll and London congestion charges will be added to your fee.
  7. Photographs taken for the trial or wedding day make-up may be used in my professional portfolio, website and publicity materials in the future.
  8. Whilst every effort will be made to keep my appointments with you, very rare yet unavoidable circumstances may prevent me from doing so. If this happens, I will try to find a suitable replacement make-up artist. Please note that you may be subject to their fees, terms and conditions.

    Accidents, illness, personal emergencies, mechanical breakdown, traffic delays, inclement weather and acts of God are events beyond my control. Therefore, the total extent of my liabilities, is to offer a refund for the deposit and final balance of the wedding day fee only.

    Cancellations made by you prior to your trial and/or wedding date will result in the loss of your deposit. If you decide not to use my services after the trial, you are still required to pay the balance of the trial in full on the day.
  9. I reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund, if at any time I find any member of your bridal party to be abusive, threatening, violent and/or offensive.
